For those of you waiting as long as we have been, the time is finally here! You can now order the PEZ The Lord of the Rings gift set online at PEZ’s official website. Each set is labeled with a gold sticker featuring its exclusive number in the production series.

The Lord of the Rings collector’s set includes eight dispensers, each depicting key characters from the trilogy, and two six packs of candy.  The characters include Bilbo, Frodo, Samwise, Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, and Gollum.  Those characters who are Hobbits are featured on mini dispensers.  An additional, exclusive set featuring the Eye of Sauron was also developed. From [NZHEARLD] : Master fimmaker James Cameron will return to New Zealand to snoop around the set of The Hobbit as director Peter Jackson follows in his footsteps to create a blockbuster 3D film.

Jackson let slip to Australian film magazine Empire that Cameron would visit the set in September.

It’s been seven months since Cameron was last in New Zealand to celebrate his award-winning film Avatar. He announced in 2010 he would return here to film two Avatar sequels but since decided to take the action to California. [Read more]
