According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. will preview of The Hobbit: There and Back Again at CinemaCon in two days time.
On Thursday at 2.30pm Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara, president of domestic distribution Dan Fellman, and president of international distribution Veronika Kwan Vandenberg will showcase a number of the studio’s films that are set to debut this year, including Godzilla, Blended, Edge of Tomorrow, and The Hobbit: There and Back Again. CinemaCon is an annual gathering of USA cinema owners and film distributors. The 2014 edition is being held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Time is running out to submit your entry for this months Rewrite Tolkien contest (The Hobbit’ in the style of Douglas Adams)! The contest deadline is 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Wednesday, March 26th 2014.
Our judges will read through all of your submissions, and choose the best of the bunch. The Grand Prize Winner will get their entry read live on TheOneRing.net’s newest show, TORn Book Club as well as having it published here on TheOneRing.net. The runner-up will have their story published on TheOneRing.net.

Middle-earth March Madness continues! The competition is going strong, as your favourite Middle-earth characters (and objects!) battle to make it through to Round 3. Today is your last chance to vote in the second round – who will survive?
In the Lonely Mountain bracket, Aragorn and Elrond both look like they’ll have quite comfortable victories (over the Balrog of Moria, and Fingolfin, respectively); it’s a little closer between Treebeard and Gollum, though it looks like the Ent will overcome the tricksy one. Much tighter is the contest between Frodo Baggins and Bard; Frodo is on top at the moment, but there’s still time for Bard to make a late comeback! Vote now if you want the Bowman to stay in the competition!
