TORN readers certainly are fans of J.R.R. Tolkien’s legendary literary work The Lord Of The Rings as well as Peter Jackson’s cinematic version of the story. Many grew up with Tolkien’s masterpiece as young adults. And it’s interesting to learn even famous actresses like Cameron Diaz were entranced along with us.
During a session for her new movie Shrek Forever After, Hollywood Life happened to ask Diaz for a comment on what she read when she was a child. And the answer? “When I was 11, The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings was my thing”.
Perhaps the next question should have been whether she is a TORN message board poster? If not, we would happily extend an invitation to join us anytime. Read the entire interview at Hollywood Life .
