Lith writes: The NCFellowship is very proud to announce a LOTR Trilogy Showing to benefit North Carolina Children’s Hospital. The showing will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at the unique venue of the Raleighwood Cinema Grill in Raleigh, North Carolina. Tickets for the event are on sale now here. We hope that all Ringers in the region will join us for a return to Middle-earth and in support of a great cause!

Not-for-profit fan film “The Hunt For Gollum,” is making its world premiere online today. The 40-minute production, made by fans, for fans, is free to watch at www.thehuntforgollum.com. A quick glance at the film makes it clear it that Peter Jackson’s “Lord Of The Rings,” trilogy was a big influence on this production. Congrats to the filmmakers!
