AN ICONIC 20ft stainless steel statute to celebrate Birmingham’s links with Lord of the Ring’s creator JRR Tolkien is set to get the green light. The giant Ent Treebeard, a walking tree creature from the classic fantasy story, could soon be strolling across Moseley village green.
