Joe writes: I just wanted to let you know that Oak Street Cinema in Minneapolis (mnfilmarts.org) is playing the LOTR trilogy Dec. 26th – Jan. 5th. Tickets are only $5 for the first film and $3 for each additional film no matter how many you go to. They are encouraging people to come in costume, of course, and it seems like a really great time. The Riverview Theater is pleased to announce a presentation of the Lord of the Rings trilogy on Monday, January 2, 2006. Tickets are $6 in advance and $7 at the door. Admission to an individual film will be $3. There is no advance ticketing for individual films. [More]
