From the Irish Film and Television Network: Irish actor Colin Farrell (In Bruges, Intermission), Spanish actress Paz Vega (Spanglish, Sex & Lucia) and screen legend Christopher Lee (The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars) will star in ‘Triage’, the latest pic from Oscar winning filmmaker Danis Tanovic’s (No Man’s Land, 11 September). The 31-year-old star of Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean franchise has allegedly beaten competition from Zac Efron to take the top role in the big-screen adaptation of the popular computer game Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. The first movie in the trilogy, to be directed by Jerry Bruckheimer, is due to begin filming in July in Morocco.
