LOTR Symphony in Detroit

August 22, 2004 at 9:21 pm by maegwen  -

Ringer Spy Tigerlilly Gamgee writes: The Lord of the Rings Symphony is going to be performed in Detroit by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, October 16th in the fabulous Fox Theatre. Tickets are on sale now, and more information can be found at here. Tigerlilly says: “I really think that people should give this show a chance. Most people don’t think of the arts when the think of Detroit… but Detroit has great arts hidden throughout the city. … The Fox Theatre has to be one of the most beautiful theatres in the country. So, don’t be afraid to venture into downtown Detroit. It’s not that bad!”
