Irascian writes: Sir Ian Holm’s book “Acting my Life (The Autobiography)” hits the British bookstands today. One of Britain’s most distinguished actors (he played the original Frodo in the BBC radio dramatisation before going on to play Bilbo in Peter Jackson’s movie, but has a slew of lauded film roles like Alien and Chariots of Fire behind him) Holm has always refused to discuss the process of acting until now so this will prove a fascinating read for long-standing fans of his.
