He was asked if would be reprising the role of Gollum in The Hobbit and he said that although nothing had yet been signed, he expected to be returning. New York, Jan 11 : For the first time, ‘Lord of the Rings’ star Elijah Wood hosted an eating contest – aptly titled Lord of the Wings. The diminutive actor hosted the competition at Epstein”s Bar on the Lower East Side and stayed until 3 a.m. to celebrate with the winners.
