Peter Jackson and Richard Taylor explain how they was never hugely happy with the hyena-like warg design from The Two Towers (ed: a lot of viewers never liked them either), and the process the production crew went through to settle on a new wolf-inspired design for the Hobbit.

Definitely not a clip for arachnophobes (ie: me!). Free chance to freak yourself out all over again over Frodo getting poisoned by Shelob in Lord of the Rings! Shudder.
