Ok, some, but not ALL theaters have put tickets on sale. Empire Theaters says tickets on sale in two weeks. Some Famous Players theaters have tickets on sale now, although the official time is Midnight (time zone unknown). Our suggestion: Keep checking with your theater.

Lisa writes: After hearing that Trilogy Tuesday would be playing here, I bombarded Empire Theatres with emails asking when tickets would go on sale. Finally, they gave me an answer! [More]

Couchguy writes: “At 5:30, I was able to purchase my tickets for the marathon trilogy screening at the London Famous Players SilverCity through movietickets.com. I have received my confirmation number and instructions on how to pick up the tickets at the theatre box office. I also checked around for the other theatres across the country and it looks like they are all activated for purchase. Good luck!!”

We had heard that Famous Players tickets would be on sale by 10/31, but not other chains. You all might like to check with your local Trilogy theater.

UPDATE: Demandred writes: The ad for Trilogy Tuesday showing on the front of the Famous Players website actually states that tickets are not on sale until Oct. 31, so its kinda funny. If you click into the ad and keep going you’ll get to the point you can purchase tickets. [Famous Players Cinemas]
