Yesterday’s evening Post (Wellington, New Zealand) contained a large photo on the front page showing filming of the fellowship (made up of stand in dummies) in their elven boats on the shores of a river. Looked pretty cool, with Gimli in the larger boat and two hobbits each in the two small vessels.
