Pre-release sales of The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers have broken all records at Amazon. The internet retailer says over 50,000 pre-orders have been taken ahead of the video and DVD’s UK release on Tuesday, August 26. WESTWOOD — The hero plunges into a stream that flows and glows like liquid crystal. His muscular legs drive him through the gleaming water toward the lavish grass on the opposite shore. In Star Trek: Voyager, Rhys-Davies played Leonardo da Vinci, but in this reading he’ll be another Renaissance man: Galileo.
