Our friends over at Council of Elrond have this set of screencaps from the Towers EE. It’s a deleted scene involving Frodo, and also shows Elijah Wood getting made up for it. Ringer Spy Rachel sends in a shot of the “One Ring” cake she had made for her husband’s birthday. “He is a great admirer of Lord of the Rings, and his name is Sam, so I paid a bakery to make this for him. I xeroxed the one ring’s writing from the book, and enlarged it, and then had them put it on the side of a round yellow cake to look like the ring (one cake to rule them all?).
