Jake writes: Unfortunately ROTK lost at the Cinema Audio Society’s awards ceremony Saturday night for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing in a Motion Picture. The winner was “Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World.”
However ROTK has tied with “The Last Samurai” for Excellence in Costume Design for a Period/Fantasy Film, bringing ROTK’s total number of “guild” wins to 8 out of the 11 that have been announced!
