I’ll try to keep this short since I know you really want to hear about the Oscar Party itself. I cannot comment about the events of this past weekend without mentioning the HARD work and dedication the TORN Staff and volunteers showed out in Los Angeles. The American Legion Hall was a great location to have the Oscar party, it’s large cavernous rooms and winding halls were great for dressing up and decorating to as we saw fit. [More]
Sideshow/Weta Collectibles composed a great little DVD segment to premiere at ‘The Return of the One Party’ last Sunday. Unfortunately, because a small mess-up, we didn’t get to play the DVD! But never fear, Sideshow/Weta has now posted the details on their latest environment: The Mines of Moria. Let me emphasis that the detail on this piece is extreme. From the infamous staircase, to the bridge of Khazad-dum…you can literally re-enact the entire sequence from ‘The Fellowship of the Ring’ in this environment.
