Over the objections of neighbors, city Plan Commission members voted 5-0 Monday to recommend approval of a subdivision next to a landfill. The commission recommended that the Common Council rezone the land to allow the project, which will feature streets named after characters and places in J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Lord of the Rings.” [More]
