Irascian writes: I thought you’d appreciate these two pictures for those fans who’ve “purchased” seats through the Embassy Theatre Trust. One shows the typical name tag, but with a name many might recognise – half the fun of the naming is the way famous names are intermingled with those of ordinary fans. I’ve also attached a copy of the Roll of honour which appears twice – wrapped around each of two columns in the upstairs entrance area. Verdict on the refurbishment: fantastic job making this a fantastic cinema – I wish my local was like this. Becca writes: The Radio 1 breakfast show in the UK is running a competition that began today and ends on Thursday to win tickets to the world premiere of ROTK in NZ. Also, the Jo Whiley Show next week will be offering tickets to the UK premiere and ALSO the week after that I think they’re having competitions to win signed merchandise etc.
