Rigner Spy Das Chupa sends along these great screen shots from the Official LOTR:FOTR DVD!!!

The disc is completely real, that I’m sure of. It even says manufactured by Wamo on the inside ring. I love it, the menus rock and the quality is the best I’ve seen and the sound, oh the sound of Sauron’s sizzling and popping body as he explodes in the first scene makes ‘The Matrix’ sound seem pitiful (and I love that movies sound).

You have to scroll down for it, but it’s there: More confirmation of the news (first reported in ‘Variety’) that there will be a ‘Director’s Cut’ DVD of LOTR. “The DVD versions of the trilogy will probably contain more extreme footage than the tamer version released in cinemas to earn a PG rating.”[more] Thanks to Elric for that.

Now you can surf the internet, with the wonderful colors (and sounds apparently) from the LOTR Film!

With the shipment of ‘The Astronaut’s Wife’ DVD, there was a little surprize hidden in the DVD. If your computer has a DVD ROM drive, you can simply click on ‘Newline’, ‘Rings’ ‘LOTRsetup’ and within very little time, it’s yours!
