The Sun is reporting that actor James Nesbitt, Bofur in The Hobbit films, may be suffering from DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis). As we learned from PJ’s second production video, Nesbitt informed us during The Hobbit hiatus he will be golfing in the US at Pebble Beach and then returning to Ireland to enjoy his family and hang out with some mates. It is suggested his long travels from NZ may be the result of the DVT. Here’s an excerpt from the article:

The Cold Feet star is playing dwarf Bofur in Peter Jackson’s Lord Of The Rings prequel, and has developed severe pains in his foot and ankle after flying back and forth between the UK and New Zealand to film, The Sun reports.
