Barrie Osborne The producer of the “Lord of the Rings” film trilogy _ who showed off New Zealand’s natural panoramas to the world _ is planning to shoot a US$15 million (€11.5 million) movie about a romance between a local taxi driver and a beautiful Westerner blossoming on the bustling streets of the Thai capital.
