I went along to the Figwit documentary which premiered today as part of the Auckland Film Festival. There was a good turnout of Figwit fans, and judging by the laughter throughout, they enjoyed what they saw. Even if you’re not a Figwit fan, there’s a lot here to enjoy for any LOTR fan – the worldwide LOTR culture, the in-jokes, and the way the film makers and the fans play off each other.
