The last of the original film footage of The Lord of The Rings has left New Zealand for storage in the United States. The final reels of more than 2000km of film that was shot was packed up at the Film Unit’s archives in Avalon, Lower Hutt, yesterday for shipment to owner New Line Cinema in Los Angeles. [More]
