LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – A trio of world premieres, five U.S. premieres and a tribute to “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson are among the expected highlights of the 19th annual Santa Barbara Film Festival, which announced its lineup Wednesday.
