musicfromthemovies.com writes: Composer Howard Shore will conduct a series of concerts around the world of his epic six movement The Lord Of The Rings Symphony. The first confirmed date is Friday 16th April 2004, in Antwerp, Belgium. Yet to be confirmed is the premiere performance in New Zealand on Saturday 29th November 2003. Further dates are to be announced, including a performance in London. Shore is also set to record the symphony, which runs over two hours, for release on CD. [More]
