Peter writes: I just received a review copy of a CD by jazz pianist Geoffrey Keezer which features an extended piano improvisation based on Gollums Theme. Keezer is an accomplished mainstream player, who has recorded with top players ranging from Art Blakey to Christian McBride. According to www.Allmusic.com, this is the first time Gollums Song has been given an interpretation other than that of the soundtrack recording. The MaxJazz CD, Falling Up is scheduled for release on September 23, 2003. [Pre-Order]
