We keep hearing from fans in Latin America who are annoyed about two injustices. One is that, like FOTR last time, TTT will open behind the rest of the world: on January 2 in most Latin American countries. They’re even more upset by New Line’s decision not to release the FOTR extended-version DVD in ‘Region 4’ Latin-America. Brazilian site Valinor has a petition protesting against this, with more than 5000 signatures so far.
