Missing wedding ring recovered from lake

PONTIAC, Mich. — Jim Bird was looking for loot in Cass Lake when he stumbled upon someone else’s lost treasure. Bird, a 54-year-old retired mechanic from Clarkston, found a man’s platinum and gold wedding band, engraved with the words “Cross My Heart,” the initials RSF and CAF and the date, 5-9-98. [More]
