New Line Cinema just announced the full specs and release date for The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring on DVD. The Disc will street on August 6 for a MSRP of $29.99 and will hold the following features in a two-disc set. [More]
“I just saw a new comercial for Lord of the Rings on ABC. What was special about it was the voiceover mentioned the oscar wins and then as he mentioned the new footage being added to the end of the movie this weekend they showed three small cuts of NEW Two Towers footage. One of three riders on horseback traveling through a grassland, a woman standing amidst a large castle and a final shot of the battle at Helms Deep!!”
