Ringer fan Fechi sent us some very bad news from Argentina today. Because of all the current Argentinian economic and political strife, all film releases for January 2002 have been postponed. This means Tolkien fans in Argentina will have to wait to see Fellowship of the Ring.

So here we are, merely 7 days into the release of Fellowship of the Ring, and earlier estimates (from the Hollywood Reporter) have LOTR making 95.3 million dollars for that period!!! It sounds like he says “Min alskling” which translates into “My Love” or “My Darling”.

Bruce sends us information on a possible cut scene in the UK version of FOTR. The scene in particular is (highlight to read!) when Aragorn decapitates Lurtz [More]
