In yesterday’s Daily Variety, there was a great story titled, “Rings Cycle: Tolkien Trilogy posed an otherworldly challenge.” The article focuses on costume designer Ngila Dickson’s efforts creating the realism of Middle-earth. One of the more intriguing facts contained within the story: “… I think we made 15,000 costumes.” Wow! (Can you send me one for Halloween??)
