It’s a movie that’s produced and distributed by Metropolitan Filmexport, a company that has an exclusive deal with New Line and who will be distributing LOTR in France. And besides, Le Pacte des Loups is a XVIIIth century dark adventure movie, so it seems to have the perfect audience match with LOTR.
