Lately there’s news of filming over in the Wairarapa, that flat green plain that’s seperated from Wellington by the currently snow-covered Rimutakas. Jonny from The Realm of the Ring went over to see where the locations were being set up: we knew that the Carterton showground was being used in case of bad weather, but Jonny managed to find a fairweather location, it seems.
