The original soundtrack to the film ‘A History of Violence’ is to be released on New Line Records on October 11th. The film marks the 11th collaboration between director David Cronenberg and Canadian composer Howard Shore. Best known for his scores for the “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy, which earned him three Academy Awards, Howard Shore continues to create epic and unique soundtracks.
