Ringer spy Ty writes: To honor the Oscar win, Wellington will be celebrating at the Civic Square downtown, at 12:45 this Thursday the 18th. The Wellington mayor will be there, along with some Weta representatives – including some “from the actual Oscars.” They will have full details by the end of today (the 16th here in New Zealand.)
