Our friends over at Council of Elrond have this set of screencaps from the Towers EE. It’s a deleted scene involving Frodo, and also shows Elijah Wood getting made up for it. Credit for the screencaps goes to Ringer Teldil, but if you are easily disturbed by gruesome make-up, you may not want to look! !!!Spoilers!!! UPDATE – Calisuri here – Having seen the TTT EE, these pictures of Frodo dressed up in Gollum-mode did not make the TTT EE cut. These are shots from an even more extended sequence where Faramir confronts Frodo and Sam after discovering Frodo has The One Ring. They are supposed to be a ‘flash’ into the future. A chance for the audience to see what Frodo might become should he keep the Ring. [More]
