Picking up the Best Picture award two years in a row and a bagful of others, the Empire Awards have been very very good to The Lord of the Rings – and hopefully next year will be no different. One of the few award ceremonys to have its winners chosen by film fans, voting has began for the 2004 awards, and with The Ride of the Rohirrim a nominee for Best Scene and all other categories open-ended… well, need I say more?
