They just keep coming. For the next week, Sev.com.au is running a new Lord of the Rings cartoon caption contest. The cartoon has Frodo and Sam watching the wood elves walking through the Shire forest. Sam wonders why they glow in the dark like that. The reader gets to write Frodo’s response.
