News from Slashdot.org tells of a significant increase in computing hardware for the special effects company behind LOTR, WETA Digital. If the purchase is in fact as vast as they say, it is rumored WETA Digital will have the ‘most powerful computer processing site in the Southern Hemisphere!’ I would say that is only appropriate for those who are creating Sauron’s minions.
