You can pre order the video or DVD of FOTR at Woolworths in the UK and in the US, “Blockbuster may take pre-orders eventually, but the Warehouse is taking pre-orders NOW (did it myself yesterday), and you get a $3 off coupon when you do.” Also in the US, Warehouse and Hollywood are taking pre-orders.
