Fantasy and science fiction legend Poul Anderson passed away at his home on July 31. Anderson was one of the few writers who was doing mythopoeic fantasy before JRRT made it “fashionable”. He was Guest of Honor at Mythcon some years back, and you can bet that there will be a memorial at (or during) Mythcon this weekend.
