One of the people who HAS seen the six-minute reel of The Lord of the Rings footage is Jane Gilbert, of Film New Zealand. She was present at the NZ Consulate-General’s function in Los Angeles where it was screened. According to Onfilm, she said, “It was fantastic and exciting. I haven’t experienced that kind of rush in a cinema for years.”
This from somebody who works round the industry full-time. Mmmm, how many days to go? (Bet we don’t get six minutes.)
