The group used styrene foam, epoxy and more than 650 feet of coiled rope to create Barad-d\u00fbr, while the Bag end kitty box is a shaped fibreglass shell reinforced with dowel, and covered with lichen to replicate the grassy fields of the Shire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Oh, and the Eye of Sauron is actually filled with catnip.
