Amazon &#8212; which is already taking pre-orders on the vinyl release &#8212; indicates that it is one disc only, not a double LP. To my mind, that may indicate that the LP will be the standard release of the soundtrack, and not the Special Edition. <\/p>\n<p>You may recall that the Special Edition CD for An Unexpected Journey featured two CD discs and a slip-out saddle-stitched booklet of lyrics and photos, plus Doug Adams&#8217; liner notes, all encased in a fabulous gatefold digi-pack using gold foil lettering across the front. Really nice stuff and I can only imagine how good it would look (and feel!) scaled-up for a 12&#8243; vinyl!
