However, I really missed the Easterlings. Thinking that Jackson must have removed their scenes, I carefully watched the battle progress to look for some clues regarding their whereabouts. Interestingly, I found some excellent evidence of their involvement once Grond breaks down the gate.  Here are four images, showing them in action during the siege.
