We had a couple of highlights that filled the Discussion Boards this week.\u00a0 One was our Quickbeam’s report<\/em><\/a> on CinemaCon. Be warned!\u00a0 There are spoilers here! \u00a0Mere moments after that presentation, he was hosting his weekly broadcast of “Live TORn Tuesday” where he relayed what he saw of Peter Jackson’s 10-minute preview of “The Hobbit”.\u00a0\u00a0 TORn Admin Silverlode was kind enough to take notes<\/em><\/a> and share them.\u00a0 We also had the opportunity to hear\u00a0what Peter had to say<\/em><\/a> about the response to his work.<\/p>\n

The other highlight of the week was TORn’s Founders Day Party where we observed our 13th<\/sup> anniversary online and our Founders who brought us all together.\u00a0 Discussion Board members celebrated the day with reflections and games<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

To finish out the emotional week, we just have to share Pollantir Discussion Board member Nuradar’s question of what we thought were The Lord of the Rings’ most heartbreaking movie moments<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0 For a Board that’s normally a bit subdued, this certainly inspired many responses.\u00a0 What are yours?<\/p>\n
