The series started shooting in May. In the feature film world, such development could take 18 months or longer.<\/p>\n<p>Dominic Monaghan, who has appeared in the &#8220;Lord of the Rings&#8221; trilogy and on the ABC-TV series &#8220;Lost,&#8221; said he was attracted to &#8220;The Millionaire Tour&#8221; because of the quality of the script as well as the opportunity to be in the vanguard of the changing media landscape. &#8220;Right now, there is a slight novelty value \u2026 to making a movie that is specifically made for an online release,&#8221; Monaghan said. &#8220;But I think in the next five to 10 years, everyone will be doing it and this film will be recognized as one of the forerunners.
