The Athens Banner-Herald reports that university police charged 20-year-old Fredrick Dylan Cantrell with a dozen counts of criminal trespass, four counts of criminal damage and one count of marijuana possession.<\/p>\n<p>A police search warrant states that &#8220;Lord of the Rings&#8221; graffiti has appeared at dozens of places on the Georgia campus, including restrooms, bus stops, sidewalks and on buildings.<\/p>\n<p>Cantrell&#8217;s lawyer, Morris Wiltshire, said his client thought the message of the &#8216;Lord of the Rings&#8217; was important.
