\"\"<\/a>When TheOneRing.net marked its 10th anniversary in 2009, we celebrated in style. In fact, we had such a good time, we decided to continue to celebrate every year on April 26, the date that TORn was established.<\/p>\n

Founder\u2019s Day is TheOneRing.net\u2019s official holiday, filled with the best that a virtual party can offer.\u00a0 If your new(er) to the site, it\u2019s a chance to find out about the roots of the site, about the four founders, and\/or just explore the place (hint: start with the links on the left of the page).<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve been around for a bit, it\u2019s a great day to reminisce, tell war stories, and reflect on all the adventures and friendships that have been forged over the years. There will be new things popping up all day on several of the message boards<\/a> \u2014 so don\u2019t be shy! Hunt around, find a party game you like, or a conversation you enjoy, and dive in! Or, join us in Barliman\u2019s<\/a> chat room.<\/p>\n

The TORn \u2018Valequenta\u2019 was written by member Alass\u00eba Eruvende and set most beautifully to paper by our dear friend Daniel Reeve, calligrapher and artist for Peter Jackson\u2019s\u00a0Lord of the Rings movies.
